Steve is an expert in performance improvement and supply and support chain transformation. He also has extensive practical experience in strategy development, business change, enterprise architecture and information systems delivery.

He has an MBA and an Aerospace Engineering degree as well as extensive professional experience in key disciplines such as lean, programme and project management and enterprise architecture.

Steve has worked for a range of high profile private and public sector enterprises including the UK MOD, Rolls Royce, BAE Systems, JP Morgan, Boeing, The Metropolitan Police and the UK Department for Business Innovation and Skills. His full breadth of experience includes many key sectors such as aerospace and defence, industrial products, manufacturing, retail, policing and consumer electronics.

Steve started his career as an aerospace engineer before moving into consultancy, with key periods spent at blue-chip consultancies Ernst & Young and KPMG. A strong theme throughout Steve’s career has been his focus on identifying the levers that influence bottom line financial and other metrics which drive the performance of an organisation; in other words: “following the money.”
